Why we only use Napoleon Fireplaces

We wanted to take a moment to talk about our curated fireplaces and why we selected Napoleon to feature in our fireplace solutions.

We have spent countless hours researching aspects of electric fireplaces and the differences really start to come apparent.  From reputation of the manufacturer, quality of materials used, visual appearance and aesthetics to warranty and support, we found that Napoleon outscores all and is our top recommendation.   Our customers certainly agree.

My family room is now stunning and I could not be happier!

History: Napoleon is nearly a half-century old company based in Ontario.  Here Wolfgang Schroeter began Wolf Steel, the precursor to Napoleon Grills and Napoleon Fireplaces.  Quickly becoming an industry leader in Canada, the US, and Europe, the fireplaces consistently score the highest customer and professional reviews.

Appearance: Napoleon electric fireplaces are a night and day difference between generics found on Amazon or other competitors.  Let’s start with the bezel.  This the trim portion surrounding the glass and viewing area of the fireplace.   On many fireplaces, you’ll generally see a massive bezel. This means your actual viewing area is quite small.  That 60” fireplace you thought you were getting is really much smaller since they include the bezel in the measurement.

The Alluravision series has a 1” bezel all the way around, including incorporating the top vent for heat.  This means we design a much more precise fit into the feature wall as well as you get the maximum viewability for any size fireplace you choose.

The fit-and-finish are exceptional.  The matte black surround disappears into the background and the logs are hand painted for realism.  Real fire glass is used as a base and the control over the color, brightness, flame speed and look are unmatched.

Quality: Napoleon electric fireplaces are known for their high-quality construction and materials. They are built to last and are designed to provide reliable warmth and comfort for years to come. Generic electric fireplaces, on the other hand, may be made with lower-quality materials and may not be as durable. as part of True South’s garage solutions.

Warranty: Another advantage of Napoleon electric fireplaces is their warranty. Most models come with a 2-year warranty, which is longer than many generic electric fireplaces. This gives you added peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected.  We further add protection by including the highest joule rated surge protection as part of your investment–no other local company does this as part of their solution.
