Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO WE BEGIN? +

The easiest way is to select the solutions you're interested in and send the request.  Let us know your closing date, location, builder, and model.  That's it. We take it from there. 

What areas do you service? +

Currently, we support homes built in the greater Austin, Texas area. This includes most all of Travis, Hays, and Williamson counties.  We'll be adding additional areas soon.

How long will it take? +

Most solutions are completed within a few days after scheduling and each service will the installation time within the description.   Some materials require a few weeks of lead time so it's best to schedule with us as soon as you know your closing date.  

 

 

We understand closing dates may shift so just let us know and we'll reschedule to a date that works best.

how does scheduling work? +

Ideally, we line up within days of your closing and before you move in.  Our solutions have time-frames associated with each package that enable you to know what best fits in your schedule.

 

If you're already moved in, that's no problem either. We work with you and your schedule to best accommodate.

How are solutions priced? +

We strive to provide a simple, fixed price. Our solutions include the products, taxes, and all labor.  The estimate you receive will outline all selections and details as a fixed price and outline any optional items. 

 

what payment methods do you take? +

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, or bank transfers.  A deposit of 50% is due at the time of scheduling and the balance upon completion of your project. 

For larger projects that comprise multiple solutions, additional financing options may be available.  

Are you insured? +

Yes. We carry appropriate trade and worker insurance for all our projects.  A proof of insurance is available upon request with any project.  A bond can also be provided for any large project.

What builders and models do you support? +

Generally, we support most models of production builders in the Austin area including Taylor Morrison, David Weekley, Saratoga, DR Horton, LENNAR, KB Homes, and others.  

We continue to add support for additional homes frequently and if your home or builder is not listed, please contact us and we can confirm a fit.  

Do you do general contracting or remodeling? +

Generally, no. Our solutions and team are focused on providing custom-designed options for the new home market.  If your home was built within the last 5-7 years from a major builder, we can likely help.  If you're looking at a ground-up project, please contact us.

Do you offer a guarantee or warranty? +

We provide a 1-year guarantee on all installation and service-related issues to project completion.  Many of the products provided as part of a solution have their own additional warranties that will be provided as part of any solution selected.
