While we still strongly recommend a home inspection as part of your new build, inspectors traditionally focus on areas like minimum code compliance, maintenance concerns, or incorrectly installed systems.  We take this a step further to protect your investment, prepare for future upgrades, and avoid costly changes down the road.  This is done by an additional set of eyes during a key moment of your home’s construction.

We examine a copy of your design choices and floor plan against the build-out.  The most ideal moment for our consultation to take place is before the drywall and insulation have been installed, but after all other utilities have been run.  Frequently, the builders will invite you for in for reference photos at this time as well.
